        Hello, I\'ve had this problem for weeks & every time I\'ve sent a ticket or posted on the forums, the mods either keep saying it\'s a problem on my side or fail to answer. They did, however, indirectly acknowledge that the problem was on their side in the end.

        These are a few things you can do:
        1) Reinstall the latest version of flash; for most people it\'s Adobe Flash player.
        2) Clear all history & caches of your browsers.
        3) Try using a different browser to log in.
        4) Add the initial game website to Favourites; this helps your browser to remember the original \'clean\' settings in case new updates mess it up.
        5) Use a different ISP; perhaps log in from a different location like a friend\'s home.

        When all fails, it is confirmed that it is absolutely a problem caused by the game & not your own. There is still a possible temporary solution:
        Download a VPN; there are some free ones out there.
        Use the VPN to log in & play but be warned, the speed of the game will be considerably slower but at least you get to log in.

My thread about this issue is still pending from 27th April 2017. from 26th April this problem had started with Error 500.

Not a single Proper solution provided till now .. all were suggestions try this and that. as if we are not here for playing but to do testing of game for them.

It has been three days i got Genesis from HOC and not able to use her in party. Missing of lots of events of game apart.
