Help Please "Not Owned"

I have Dark Paladin Valkyrie and Arcane Spirit icons in my inventory bought at year end event for Diamonds yet when I go to recruit screen it says not owned on all 3.
IGN Winterz s33 Kabam. since they ignore you there came right to the source.thanks

visual glitch. if you have suffiecnt hero souls to recruit, then you can recruit.

make sure you have the herosouls to get them also having the crests are only part of it
