Wings of prayer shards in FB sale?

Ok so on my other account I had 8 wings of prayer shards. And On the FB sale thing thats going on they hand more wings of prayer shards for sale. So I bought two more thinking Id be able to get the wings. But theres absolutely nowhere to exchange them. Do I have to wait for some even to come around to be able to get the wings? If people werent able to exchange them why on earth would they be available to buy anyways? I feel like I just bought gold for nothing. Anybody have any idea if we have to wait for an event with the wing shards to be able to get them? And if so about how long is it going to take?
