I\'m very disappointed in how you handle your payment. Never in my life has my card been declined. The company that you use has the nerve to tell me to use another card. I only have one bank and one card, not everyone out there has 2 or more cards. This game I\'ve already spent over 150.00 on and it\'s amazing to me how you can tell someone they have to buy a gamers card or use another cc or debit. So let me inform you of something straight off.... since my VIP is on the card your company is declining... come the time that you try to take out for my VIP membership... you will find it being declined. Not by my bank, but by your insane payment company that you use. So don\'t dare come to me and tell me that there is insufficient funds or my card is being decline notify my bank.... because I\'ve notified my bank and they stated Your Card is Active Ms. Salazar, it\'s on the side of the Merchant. Quote - UnQuote. So this is all on you and ULTIMATE PAY/PAYPAL. Not to mention, using trial pay to buy a recharge... and sent me a email saying it will take up to 6hrs to process... Bullshit... it\'s a damn debit card, you get the funds immediately and I expect the same in return. I also know I\'m not the only one experiencing this issue... the sad thing is... it\'s Your company losing money, and saving us from wanting to ever purchase due to lack of Trust in the 3rd party agencies you use... which should make you wonder, how are you looking after your clients who are supporting this game.
