clash of might loss?

OK,this is getting annoying. A player challenges me in clash of might, the battle ends in a draw, I do more damage to him than he does to me (7.8m v. 4.3m), and HE WINS. So he takes my spot in the ranking. How does that happen?

Lol how did you do the, damage checking been playing this game since the first server and never saw that once

        Nope. Happens to me a lot with this particular player only. Here is a screen capture from the end of the battle. My character on right, entire team intact. Him on left, entire team out since turn one. He is hunter, so has shield that activates every turn because he gets so many hits. It makes him hard to kill.

No offense Socrates, but if you read the thread you would see that what you claim to happen did not happen. Not this time. He attacked me. Battle ended in a tie. I did more damage. HE WON! Happens a lot against this player and it makes no sense to me.

        i am still experiencing the same issue. i just watched a battle this morning where i lost my com position with 3 heros and myself still full health lol. this was never an issue in the past, but has really come about more recently. this is what i was told:
       
        so infact there are now contradicting statements. i was told someone attacking you in CoM wins simply because they attack you and do not kill you or your entire party if you read the ticket.
        this simply does not make sense. if someone is attacking you cannot kill you or your entire party, then how does it result in a loss from a defended position? clarification would be greatly appreciated since this post is not yet 2 months old and there isnt a reply with the issue still existing.
