        First of all arrows don\'t fly well under-water (can we expect it to be exchangeable before June?);

        Anyways the description Steals 16% atk from target for 2 turns target regains attack when effect fades triggers every 3 turns leaves me with a few questions.

        Who is the target anyone who is attacked? Can i put this on a headless and steal attack from everyone alive on the other side? If so is it additive (2 opponents with 500k attack and 2 with 400k attack would that be a gain of 200k attack if using headless?). Does the attack drain stack with arcane lightning or other atk debuffs?

        There is beauty in brevity but not when it doesn\'t explain what is truly going to happen. Are we going to have to rely on a diamond user to buy this thing first before being certain the exact effect this will have? There are some safe assumptions one can make but still an assumption.

        O_o it would be the Main target and since with the random change with how the equipment procs it would be against the normal attack target.
