        I kept asking to change my credit card info for VIP again and again. I was told last month that I will be able to change it.; EMERGENCY>;;>;;>;;NEED HELP FOR V.I.P;
        The renewal is TODAY and I can not still change it.
        I WANT IT FIX NOW!
        I do NOT want the old credit card to be charge
        BTW I still not received the refund for the 1199 diamonds GTarcade still ows me from the previous overcharge

        GREAT! Not only I can not change my credit card info on S13, now my VIP on S500 did not renwed.
        I thought that with so many people wanting to cancel their VIP you would like to keep the ones you have

        IMO moderators should have a raise since they are far more effective and competant than devs ;)

        WB starts in 15 minutes if my VIP on S500 is not back I will get it by diamonds. But if I do so I better not be charged on my credit card like it happened on S13 where you still owe me 1199 diamonds ;)

        CONGRATS! YOU DID IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!
        Not only I had to buy a renewal on S500 with diamonds but my VIP on S13 was renwed and I DID NOT CHANGED MY CREDIT CARDS INFOS
        So once again it is on the wrong credit card. I have been asking for several months now
        FIX IT NOW
        Message to the devs: can you please evolve from morons to just plain stupids?

        I am sorry rhapsody! I looked into the Report and and Replied that they Informed PlaySpan of the Card Info Change.

        Have you tried Cancelling the VIP and Re-Purchasing it with a New Card Info?

        No and I won\'t. Check the forum too many ppl did it and ended up in a worst situation. I have asked it the first time late summer/early fall. I know they can do it, because when a card was reported missing they did it.
        So I want them to fix it: allowing me to change my infos. That should be something we can do anytime, people get new cc with a better rate, when it is renewed it is not the same number, cc get lost...
        There are so many reasons to want to change.
        As I stated 2-3 times (at least) because of December they still owe me 1199 diamonds. I was supposed to have them but STILL did not received them
