Skill issues

        I have a question, why wont;skills go off like they should? I have watched my fights and a lot of times my skill will only go off;1 time and other times it only go off a couple times and then sometimes they go off a lot during a fight. I have a 50% to a 60% chance;of them going off, depending on which emblem I am wearing.;Is it just bad luck or is there an issue with them. I loose a lot of fights do to them not going off. I have another question. When a player or hero dies why do they come back when resurrected with all the de-buffs they died with? In any game that I have played before when you die all de-buffs and buffs alike;are wiped clean.;Why not here? Any answers?

        Skills going off is based on pure luck

        Some buffs will/should disappear when dying. Most mount buffs/debuffs should disappear when main dies, never noticed if they do
