i sick look when i visit a new server the top really have a many lvl 9 gem and it really anoying please fix you problem loa people use some expoilt or spam to get the lvl 9 from loa velentime well i don\'t have problem.. but think what other people will fell.. it totally unfair to all..;

Hello tuskitonpansiop! Depending on when the Server is Created and what Events are out at the time, some of the Events Released will allow a Level 7, Level 8, and even Level 9 or Level 10 Gems! If there is a Player specifically that is suspecting of Hacking the Diamonds, please Report and we can look into it!

okey sir acorna well you should try look in this server;Eutychus(793)-HKT;that server just open yesterday and yet someone have arready got 2 lvl 9 gem i not play at that server but i heard many report about it.. many people in new server got lvl 9 gem well in 1 day possible to get 2-4 ? please take attention about it sir.. that server i just put is the example one of other server i heard// but that is i see by my self.. by he way.. that person even not VIP!! if normal person recharge a lot daimond to get in event you say.. why not he even buy vip? it suspense for me.. he bot many daimond but no buy vip.. please cheack it

is i know you may claim 1 only reward from the theme event.. but he/she got 2.. well migth luck but it to heard nowday.. coz of all the reward theme event can be claim by other acc which which mean make a lot alt acc for claim reward and just feed it for 1 main acc.. what i understant that doing is wrong and it unfair to other people

        In Server Benjamin(778)-GMT there are some players there WERE not in top ranks and some of them are even non-cashers that since the LoA Romance started, they gained tremendous amount of BR from lvl 9 gems and who knows what. They get 1-3 lvl 9 gems daily since it started. And most of those players are in same guild, seems like they are sharing a secret how to get them. So please check on them. These are the IGN :
       

        It has been going for days, and 1 has 10 gems on 7th day. He didnt win any big events that give him that much gems to be synthed, which everyone else could see too. So the only event is LoA Romance. He is non-casher as i heard, and was beatable by other non-casher before this event started. But now, he is in top ranks with other cashers n people who didnt hv lvl 9 gems and in top ranks from start. Please check immediately, since this is ruining the game n events like TC, arena etc.

Please check thoroughly, also in their inventory. Cause they all are starting to hide some of the lvl 9 gems, by unsocketing them from the equip. Because i think they start to realize it is a bit obvious that having the amount of gems more than the days how long the event has been going . ( 10x lvl 9 gems at 7th day, 5x lvl 9 gems at 3rd day of event)

and when i asked one of them. He/she said that it was not cheat, etc. But when i asked why he/she took the gems off after event ( before he/she had 3 gems on him, then only 1 since it was his/her 1st day of having these lvl 9 gems, joining the others in his/her guild), he/she didnt answer it and kept silence.
