I have been trying for days to recharge with my paypal account through Ultimate Pay. I have called Paypal and they said there is nothing wrong with my account. They say it is you the vender in which he problem lays. I use this account only for this game,. I have tried at least 8 times in 3 days and it still says that my transaction failed.

Recharge with Ultimate Pay

        The next time you recharge to much in to short a period you will have the same problem again. Attempting to recharge many times while blocked lengthens the time you have to wait to use your account again because it retriggers their fraud alerts and if you do it enough you won\'t be able to use your card at all anywhere because all the systems are interconnected and you keep generating fraud reports on your card. That is why I;have a card dedicated to this game only. Speaking from experience. White listing doesn\'t help because they never notify PlaySpan they have an event on going and should expect;multiple;or large recharges by white listers.

        Hello vickiv! I will bring this Suggestion to my Supervisors, to see if they can alert the 3rd Party Payment Sites, that Increased Recharges might occur when they put in certain Events.
