Bug - HoC Astral Hunter Shards

        On 19/02 I swapped my points for 10 Astral Hunter crest shards, who did not join the ancient shards.
        On 20/02 I swapped my points for the last 10 shards that I needed, but I could not recruit the hero because the 10 shards of the day 19/02 does not serve to synthesize the crest.
        I wonder if the developers can fix that or create some means of exchanging defective shards, because I do not want to spend more points and wait until I have all the cards missing.

Hello avlis! If you look in the 2nd Screenshot, it shows that you have 10 Crests, instead of 10 Shards. The HoC when it started, was accidently giving out the whole Crest, instead of the Shards.

        Hoc give us whole crest that is not recognize in tavern so is useless, have the same problem on ua22

actually the crests do work, you just have to have the HEROSOULS for them. for the 50 bajillionth time, its a visual glitch in tavern so even if you have a crest for valk,Arcane or spirit it won\'t show it but it will work if you have crest and herosouls.
