Sytheing Equipment system is broken

        i have bn doing this a long time,, i didnt make a mistake,,and not confirm the right heroes Equipment,, and i didnt do it 4 times in a row,, only one out of 5 pieces of gear that i confirmed for the King of Bones went through,, all of the other pieces were from other Heroes,, ;now what ,, i spent a ton of enchant on that gear,, and now i have nothing to show for it..;
        i cant use any of it except for the sword,, the rest is useless, and my other heroes are left without there gear,, how do we fix ;this, and are you going to fix the sythe system
