Vip cancelling

        Ticket id 145198 and ticket id 145196 about cancelling vip on servers Alexander and Seere, gtarcade. Tickets submitted feb 15., with the auto response of 2 business days. It is now 5 business days, and the tickets are still pending. Please at least get this cancelled before I\'m charged next month!
        Also, it would be wonderful if there was a way to STOP such transactions myself! A game is an opt-in thing, and I have not signed any agreement that I must stay with you for such and such time, so it really should NOT be dependent on your work schedule to be able to decide whether to pay or not! It should be as simple as pushing a button that says CANCEL VIP. Or even, that cancelling was the default and the button says CONTINUE subscribing.
