Doesn't anyone answer tickets?

I\'ve got a few tickets that haven\'t been responded back to. A couple that have never been responded to at all. It\'s been days now. Could someone please go look at and actually give me a decent response besides asking for a screenshot? PLEASE.

        For the amount of money the company is making i would think they would have more than one single person looking at tickets for a limited time each day.

        In addition, i am at a loss to understand how and why forum moderators have been engaged to respond to issues (aka tickets) and report to the devs. ;What is your compensation? ;Are you just support people hiding out as moderators?

        What gives?

they are players working for diamonds and only reporting your issues not the ones fixing them they sift through the 100s of errors and reports decide which ones seem like they need reporting report it wait for a response and report back to you hence the huge delay

        Nope they are players like you. And with all the s*** they have to deal with they deserve a raise IMO.
        As for GTarcade, I have no respect for them they are at least incompetant ;)

        Thank you both for explaining! As Matt and rhapsody said we´re players, we can only report, which is unfortunate as we would help more, but we cannot access the ticketing system, which only SMs (Super Moderators- real GTArcade staff) can.
        We´re not real staff hidding behind Jr. Mods accounts as SMs are too busy to do it anyway. XD If you so wish to meet us Jr. Mods if you´re lucky we might battle at CS as opponents or allies.
