Loop Quest and Zodiac Database Error Problem

I am currently experiencing a problem with my loop;and zodiac. It comes up as a Database Error and I have had this going on for a month and a half. If you could fix this for me and countless others that would be beyond great. My Username is MikeX and server is Siris(628). Others would probably reply to this also. Help them too.
