Loss of diamonds/attempt for crafting

I spent 300 diamonds for an attempt in Cloud Palace for Craft Master but when I went to explore it gave an error (database error) and I was forced to back out, which made me lose my 300 diamonds and the opportunity to explore.; I put in a support ticket both through facebook and this site and my ticket here was deleted, so I am now posting here in the support forums.; I would at least appreciate my 300 diamonds being refunded.; Here is a screenshot of the issue.; Thank you.
