5 days of no zodiac or loop

        the increase in the amount of people reporting this bug since start of spring carnival is surprising. makes me wonder if support staff is afk. i send in a ticket when this started 5 days ago and have received no response that it is being looked at. I am a vip and do the odd recharge, as do some family and friends. All have agreed that, if this is not resolved by reset tonight, with this being 5 business days of being ignored, we are all quitting the game and will no longer support any gtarcade game.

        I realize it has been around longer, I was referring to how many complaints have popped up since the Spring event.
        About my quitting.
        My guild has convinced me not to quit until I really cannot compete. I would therefore like this problem fixed before I am knocked out of top 20 of CoM.
        I am curious if anyone has had this fixed, and if so has anyone been compensated.

        I\'m having this problem too! I\'ve sent in tickets but so far no solution. I\'ve missed out on chopsticks and now House of Card vouchers. I can not blitz Zodiac or my Quests. I\'ve tried cancelling it but the Database Error still won\'t go away.;

I ended up hitting 10 days with error, it fixed itself when i levelled up and tried to do main quest. Was able to do everything for that day. Then when i went to do zodiac on the next day, the error was back. Since it took 10 days to get 3.5 bubbles of xp, I don\'t see me waiting for it to fix itself again.

        For the last 5 days , my Loop quests and my Zodiac , have had this Database Error this is preventing me from increasing my level and bettering my Aegis. Server : Lokbridge(S52) , Character : Jade. Please correct this error.
