CSA Glory Points

        I just want it to be known that it is ridiculous that we have still not received any compensation and our glory back from this bug. I love this game but almost every event introduces a new bug and some of these bugs are costing people money. I refuse to spend anymore money until I have been shown that if something like this happens again I won\'t just have to start all over like I did this time. I also understand that the individuals who are supposed to be handling have lives outside of this game but so do all the players on this game and a lot of these players are beginning to feel like we are being ripped off. The point is that when you spend money for something you expect to get your moneys worth and here lately that has not been the case. If you spent money on a laptop and got it home to find that it didn\'t work properly then you would expect the manufacturer that built it and/or the store you purchased it from to replace it or at least refund your money. Some people spend gold in order to do extra CSAs so they can get enough glory for what they want quicker so this is the same principle. The worst part is that it seems as though the developers don\'t care because nothing has been posted lately about the progress of fixing the problem. As if they believe that if they ignore the problem long enough everyone will forget about it but I promise you that until I get my glory points back or decide to quit playing this game I will not let this issue be forgotten.

One small flaw this is a FREE to play game the only thing you purchase ;when you do spend money is gold ;all the rest is perks and as long as you get the gold at the said amount ;there is nothing wrong with the ;game from that stand point that being said they may want to attempt to fix a few of the bugs ;due to loss of revenue but highly doubtful they will ;this is getting to be par for the course on most games or software in general put out a crap product and then bandaid it to limp along ;just enough to get people to spend more money ( hence the 200+ servers) this game will only be here as long as it makes money in some way as soon as it doesnt ;you can bid it farewell;

        Hi william,

        Thank you for your utmost understanding and open-mindedness to the current issues of this game. You are correct though that this game is F2P (also C2W) and it never in the first place asked you to spend any real money. However, since everyone of us is basically a customer in this game, I do believe that we (free or gold users);are entitled to get stable gaming experience instead of being pushed over by the redundancy of bugs.

        I feel your frustrations and we at the AM/GM team are here to make sure that everyone\'s concern and headaches will be heard by the management.
