valentine page issue

        bit frustrated at the needless complication of this event...im hoping there is a way i can still claim the reward packages as i have clearly been checking in everyday...
        it seemed reasonable to assume that by logging the theme page, participating in the spin and prize collection, that would be a checkin...
        but now it is apparent that u need to click the little numbers or none of it counts!;

        i know im not the only one, and realllly hope we can get some support for this issue...below are screens of my calender and the checkins i did every single day that were not counted

       

       

        any help pls???? support anyone working here?? this was put together poorly we would like credit somehow;

        I\'m not sure what they will do for you. You didn\'t check in how you were suppose to. Pretty sure no one else had this issue with not checking in the right way. And without your IGN and server number. There\'s definitely nothing anyone can do for you. Sorry for the confusion.

        twice now at this time i have checked in and the date is already X out and i cant check in it is not saturday yet..

        i can submit a screen shot if it will do any good but i just dunnno why when i went to chek in at 930 friday night it is X\'d out and i had to click on saturday instead.  the same on i think monday.  hmm thats odd i went to take screen shot and it had the right day now however it didnt correct it for monday just wonder if this happened to anyone else

        socrates hasn\'t been paying attention to the forum posts.
        MANY of us have complained about the Valentine page.

        Rather than try to shame the player, it is a simple matter to check the Valentine page logs to see how many people visited it but did not get checked in.;; There are NO instructions on the page. Every other event has simply required the player to login to the page to get credit.

        I\'ve been punished by complaining about the Valentine page. All the dates I did finally learn to check, have now been changed to X\'s as if I never visited the page.

Dear Player, please provide your IGN and server number so we can make a report for you, also please provide me in only case if u didn´t  forget ANY day to check in on valentine theme page. The X appears only when you don´t  check in by clicking on the date itself. If you´re 100% sure you did the check in then please provide ss of the check in ...in game so I can make report and see what I can do for you but I cannot promise anything.
