Hi, I would like to appeal from this Management I have recharge 1, 000 and it has confirmation saying  Boku: Thanks! Your purchase from Facebook for PHP1,000.00 is complete. Can you pls. tell me why i didn\'t received my diamonds? from that confirmation i\'m sure and truthfully stated here i recharge that certain amount. When i submit ticket in support they ask me for payment history. So another problem is i didn\'t see that purchase in my payment history but 1 thing for sure i have notified that my transaction is complete via a text message. So how can i get my recharge?;

I\'m wondering BOKUPAY successfully charge me 1000 but when i look on my account i didn\'t receive any diamonds. This is so serious thing. 1k is already a big amount and it\'s not a joke to recharge this certain amount. pls. help me. i need this to be resolved asap. All i have is a text message of BOKUPAY for successful transaction. i hope that message is an evidence of my payment. i don\'t know what happened to facebook but i\'m sure i recharge and BOKUPAY gets my 1000. My Facebook payment, i don\'t know where my payment goes. but it appears no history of payment today. maybe when i recharge an error occur.
