Recharge problem !

        Hii , i play on s770 , name xRobert .. so ..today is The Precious event so i tried to recharge 2k diamonds with paysafecard via Ultimate Pay . The transaction was succesfully but i didnt recived my diamonds and i dont see either the transaction on history. I recharged after 1k diamonds more with Paymentwall and there worked so might be a problem from Ultimate Pay. I have any chance to get my diamonds back today? to get the bonus from The Precious too?

i saw it .. ty anyway.. i didnt recived any Transaction ID from Ultimate Pay; so ill not get my diamonds back. I wrote a ticket ..maybe they will look into it.
