recharge cant collect cards

Hi guys. I recently purchase 2000 diamonds for the precious event and that went though. But for the hot events collection of hearts I cant collect the 1000 recharge. That\'s for 30 hoc cards and king of hearts card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello dinhle! The Precious Event is a Single Recharge Event, which means that you have to Recharge that specific amount, in order to get the Hot Events Reward.
