        Tarot has been off line for weeks
        The Valentine theme page won\'t give out the advertised free-bed\'s that YOU said we would get
        Cross Server battle is nothing but a clicky war since we can\'t attack each other
        And I find Divine Realm Demonic War is broken too.

        Just what the Hell is your customer service doing ? It sure as hell isn\'t service since I recently recharged after YOUR system prompted me for my email and password, but sent the diamonds to someone else during a Tycoon event. After 2 days or run around with customer service they finally transferred them back to me, but never gave me the bonuses that I was due for recharging.

        Is this the best you can do ? a broken a$$ game with complacent or stupid customer service ? And should there be a legitimate complaint, you conveniently act as though there\'s no higher level manager to get ahold of to resolve the issue.

        Your game is in virtual property, theres nothing real here, would it really hurt you greedy bastards to hand out compensation for the players you so frequently F over ?
        Verification is one thing, sure, but your customer service still sucks after a year. You need to get with the program and compensate those you\'ve inconvenienced and out right ripped off in game play.

Very true, and the the promises from the supposed MODS senior or other are nothing but false words to placate you so you wont gripe anymore about it. ;This game was designed for you to advance, yet when that is hindered by your own piss poor planing you do nothing for the players who it affects. And this BS about .. oh... were players too.. whatever, I know you guys get perks / compensation so, be real and push back for us if you are truly a player.
