Hi, I am a very active player and love the game! I have made friends and even had friends join. My issue is with the new Super Tycoon event. I saved 46 fiery chests and used them on glyphs. It does not stay I can't. I received no points at all and was given the run around on Facebook when I mentioned it. I can provide pics of rules if need be. I'm not asking for millions of diamonds but I just want my fair share of rewards

It was not a set item designated for glyphs but a choice item I used

Dear player,

but you already had the box iten on your inventory right? You also can not get any points by opening Guild Chest box and from Fiery Soul box! Even if you obtain it during Tycoon event!

this makes no sense. If you use lvl 1-3 chests on light stones you get points.. So how is that different then selecting the level 1 glyph from soul box
