Move War chest in CS or refund diamonds spent by mistake

so yet again trying to attack someone near their base i drew again from war chest for 50 diamonds this is a serious waste of diamonds war chest has nothing worth any diamonds please move it so this stops happening.

We have suggested moving that chest many many times. Will suggest again
