glitch in cross server

there\'s something wrong in cross server it keeps telling me to refresh my browser every time I try attacking someone, and when I try to use my 2 attack and speed things it tells me someone else is currently using them, fix this please and compensate me it kicked me out of cross server earlier for an hour and a half and it did the same crap! I didn\'t make anything in either cross server and it\'s not my fault you guys have a serious glitch in there and I spend money on my game, you owe me compensation! fix this crap!
