Skill...Light of Stars

there is 2 different names and definitions when going to buy this skill...which definition is the right one? Light of Stars, and Starry Splendor...thanks

        The skill is named Light of Stars, but the skill book named Starry Splendor. Meaning, if you want to activate the Light of Stars skill, you\'ll need Starry Splendor skillbook as many as mentioned (50 skillbooks, i presume).
        but the next question is, i\'ve activated the skill, and the skill stated that it won\'t need any rage to cast. But when i use it, it\'s not like what Astral Hunter (the original hero who uses this skill) would cast, which it should have 35% chance to cast on each turn on my main character. Instead, it\'s just like the other Joint Skills, which activated on 35% chance AFTER the initial skill is cast.
        any ideas?

        Astral Hunter\'s primary skill is the Light of Stars/Starry Splendor ...so that is his initial skill.

        However, in awakening skills, Light of Stars IS a joint skill...so casts as a joint skill - in other words it has a chance to cast in conjunction with the initial skill cast.
