You will have to go through the payment provider and begin a claim to retrieve your money. They don\'t refund even after you are told they have sent it to a dev. Just look through the forums a bit if you need proof. I had an issue about a month ago. Filed claim with PayPal, got my $ back. Sucked to miss out on the events I recharged for.;
