Lesser Joker draw problem

Good afternoon,

I\'d like to bring an issue that I\'ve noticed to light. I\'m not sure how many others this is affecting, but I know it\'s a big problem on my server. Having spent a lot of diamonds on the server and not drawing a single Lesser Joker is a bit suspicious. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello admiral! The Draw Rate of the Lesser Jokers are Luck! I, personally, have spent about 40k Diamonds and not gotten a single Lesser Joker, and another time Spent 5k Diamonds (1 x 10 Draw) and received 3 all at once. It\'s pure Luck if a Lesser Joker is received.

Is there any way to adjust the draw ratio of how the Lesser jokers were drawn, much like how there was a guarantee of a mythic reward during the Diamond Roulette event?

Just an update to this post, the addition of the Flashy Ace of hearts and Spades combined with the option to trade them in for a Joker (S) plus an additional item is the perfect solution to the request I made. Thank you very much for adding the Flashy cards to HoC, that should make it much easier to get the most from this great event.
