Sadly I have to tell you I sent 6 tickets during last 8 days and CS hasn't answered any, also started a thread and a mod said he will pass it but then no answer for 3 days. Be sure they won't do anything even if your a fair player. Bad for the players though and bad for them, such a way to lose money
