Trouble getting/activating Frost Pillar

        Hi,;
        I\'m Level 57 and as of now I still don\'t have frost pillar. This is my first time logging into the Forums. I did Dungeons from level 1-5, and I still don\'t have any item or drop for Frost Pillar. Am I the only one that\'s been trying to get this skill? Where else or what else can I do to obtain it?;
