Enhancement for backup hero (LE) not working

        Hello, I hope I can get an answer in here. I sent a ticket 2 days ago and it\'s still pending.
        I was training my LE in gem enhancement when I saw that no stats are adding up, nor BR. u can see my LE is at 2.8 but 0 for stats. I checked on my wife\'s acc on her back up hero and works just fine for her. I ll post some screen shots and plss help me out if possible

        ; It\'s not a LE bug, my wife has no problem enhancing hers.;

        mate you rock!! pfff i can\'t believe i waited 2 days for a ticket with no answer!!!
        I didn\'t had any gems on her! pfff hahah you made my day! you should be paid for responding so quick and resolving my problem;
