I can't get my 10 days package.

It was hard to load the valentine page today and now I can\'t get my 10 days package although I logged in everyday since the start the 14 Feb.

I really need this.

I experienced the same problem. When I tried to access the Valentine\'s day event page shortly after reset on the 23rd, I received multiple http 503 and 504 errors and the page would not load. When I tried again this morning, it said that I had received the package which I did not. I was able to retrieve the gift code for the lottery, but not the 10 day package.

Server: 779 Zipporah, in game name: Merovingian.

I have found it look in the under log there is the 5, 10 and 15 day\'s package. Just read the THREAD：Free Diamonds for Valuable Suggestions-LoA Discussion Post. I did not do that my self until today. So better check out this better next time before I send in a New Topic.;
