recharge issues

I recharged yesterday about 15 minutes before midnight and it kept saying failed, well it finaly went through after midnight, after the game reset and i did not get to collect anything from the hot events, evidently the recharge did go through , but it would not let me collect, id like to be reimbursed all i lost on the recharge !
