log in not working, totems not working bugs in twilight clash

sorry no screenshot available as got kicked then unable to log in but last night after rollover totems would not work once you got in you had to refresh to get out because nothing was there, i couldnt do raiders because when i try to collect it reset the cd timer, how can you justify trying to add more to the game when so many problems with existing issues? when will we be able to access the taro shop?? also your support system really sucks why havent open tickets in the support tab gone un answered especially when there is bashing and threats reported?? your dev team needs to back up and regroup . i play on kabam server 31 i have reported over 25 tickets and over half remain unanswered now i get a e mail saying get ahold of kabam but when i try their support system isnt working so where do we get support??; these issues , some of them go back to november of last year. yes i am upset as me and my family play this game and spend over $300 us each month when you find something wrong half the time it is a cheesy comp we cant use anyways. what would it hurt to send a gift pack in players in game mail box mebbey a lvl 6 fuze gem, like that would cost too much stop and think how much players are spending on this game and how many complaints you get and how much it upsets players when in the middle of doing something in game and your dev team adds an update that kicks them or causes them to lose out on an event collection from the store
