Blocked Acct

I\'ve tried to log into my acct. IGN: Healer Server 101 Thornwalls & was informed that it has been blocked! I have tried multiple times & ways to contact support to find out why this has happened & have not received any explanation. I could understand if I was cheating or something but that is not the case in any fashion. Is it common practice for GTA to block an account without any explanation to the players?

hello I will have your account looked into, is it possible that you did a chargeback?  That is normally the issue with this kind of report.  f you had an account issue that caused a chargeback, please report it here.

From my understanding that is what caused the issue. What can I do to correct this? I was authorized to use my mother\'s card but then she declined the charges. I would like to correct this so I may get my acct unblocked.

Your probably on a 1 month ban. To avoid a permanent ban, you need to cancel the charge back, or have enough diamonds in your account to cover what you took back.;

to save the mods the trouble, contact this email, you\'ll have to pay the original amount charged so you can get your account back.

Thank you for your response. I can\'t log into my account in order to put diamonds back. It was a matter of misunderstanding between my mother & I. I will have to wait until the block is lifted because I tried as was suggested by the mod that didn\'t want to be bothered & have not gotten a response.

As a mod REDSHIFT, it is your responsibility to assist in matters until you are no longer able to do so. It IS NOT helpful when you merely push a CUSTOMER aside because you do not want to be bothered.; Perhaps being a mod is not for you if you cannot be more open & not able to advise others unless it\'s to speak with someone one else.

He is not a mod.
        When you see User it means just a player like you
        Jr. Mod are players receiving compensation (some deserve way more than what they get) to adress topics in the forum. They can only report, they can not fix
        Super Mod on the other hand are GTA employes

        Thank you very much. I was pretty sure he was mod when I posted it but I may be wrong. I\'m still trying to get someone to help me get my acct taken care.
        I agree there are some mods that don\'t deserve to be compensated for what they do but then are are users, such as yourself that should be compensated for helping even though they are not mods.;

        I must apologize because I did not realize that you are not a mod. It is still however the mods place to do what they can for a customer/player & that\'s what they get compensated for & if it requires a bit more than what they have access to do, then it\'s understandable to point the customer in the right direction. Except for the original response from the mod, I have not been contacted or heard anything else about my acct.
        Thank you for the email address. It is one that I have used in the past for other issues.
