Server time

        I see it mentioned in the news and announcements for event start. is it at reset for each server? (cant be that! those events never show up then). is it based on a central server? and if so what time is that one set to? Case in point right now (today the 24th) group buy starts (server time)(listed in;tycoon post by what if);I am in HKT server, it is 05:58. this is a recurring theme with that notation. just want clarification as to when that is supposed to be? reasoning, is there a glitch? or is it made for HKT to have less event time than others? since event will end at reset server time on the posted/given day. Normally these events will show up eventually some as late as 1400.

you POS, do you not get it, events start at 1300 instead of 0001 (reset) it is just not the precious but many main events. and for the love of god put a clock on the theme page. is that plain enough for you.  and it only took 3 weeks for a reply.

        Forrest and blankz, you are both entirely correct, and both entirely incorrect.

        time for events is whatever developers determine it to be. local time, server time, standard time, daylight time, or the time the thumb becomes separated from where the sun don\'t shine.

        some events start at 00:01 server time. some start while i am asleep, between 0600 and 1500 server time. while others, theme pages especially, go by my local time. eastern(US) something time. i have gotten used to it. i suggest that you get used to it as well.

        surprisingly, living in eastern USA time makes it convenient to play on a HKT server, my work schedule being what it is.

I have gotten used to it too, sad part is why, I am CST on HKT as well,;it is not what they are publishing? it is not what was meant to happen. and on the down side it means HKT get less time to complete event. I have posted the fact that many events are late and get standard answer ( I reported it or give it time) or overlooked as we are all quite familiar with. And as you also mentioned it confuses a lot of people for theme page, I understand that this game is full of oddities, that that mean I should not try to improve the game, point out and hope they will work on eventually, Isn\'t that the pointy of the support forum? I guess we all should accept mediocrity and not bother with our posts?
