Character stripped of armor..... again

Here is a cut and paste from the ticket I submitted on the 13th of February.; Maybe someone can help me with this problem here.
This is what I submitted:

This is the third time since playing the game that this has happened to me but now that I\'m lvl 70 and have build up my characters pretty well, I wanted to raise this issue. One of my characters Zweihander is missing all of his armor as of today. Yesterday he was fine and now all armor and gems are gone. I stripped on of my spare characters of his peerless and put it on Zweihander and will begin the process of building him back up to the lvls he was before but is there anything that you can do to find out why this keeps happening and/or if you can restore my guy to how he was yesterday? Ellie, I had Zweihander equipped with lvl 60 armor and I had one piece, I think it was the helm that was lvl 70 helm of ruin. I also had gems in every slot lvl 6. I don\'t think I had any lvl 7 gems on him and if I did it was only one. Also, I am certain that I did not sell all of his armor nor did I remove it from him last night when I finished playing. When I logged on today, all of his armor was gone. Thanks for you quick reply. Jack

A week has gone by with no further response. Is someone going to take a look at this issue and find out why my character was striped of his armor? I\'m not asking for anything extra or for something I did not have. I have invested lots of time and effort into building my group as well as money. Can my character be restored to exactly the way he was on February 12, 2015? I\'m already in the process of building him back up but just give me an answer. Can you do anything about it or not?
