        Yes it\'s normal. Sometimes, it takes long an hour to get a match when you are searching during server dead-hour. I\'d suggest you to do CSA on 3AM-5AM, 10AM-11AM, 3PM-4PM, 6PM-8PM GMT+8 (HKT)

        That\'s the time you will get the fastest matchmaking time.
