error in group buy

        hi,
        buyed energy cards in group buy event but some error occured
        i buyed 1 basic energy card and payed 250 grouptickets and 200 diamonds (should be only my grouptickets)
        i buyed 6 advanced energy cards and payed 1500 grouptickets and 900 diamonds (should be only my grouptickets)

        So it decountend in total 1750 grouptickets and 1100 diamonds.
        putting up also the 2 screenshots. Can you please give me the taken diamonds back please .

Energy cards can only be bought entirely with vouchers at FULL discount, and as you can see on your screenshots that bar isn\'t full yet. But it probably will be by the end of the event, so I suppose you will get your diamonds back in the settlement in a few days.

        when you choose the buyoption it alows you to put the groupbuy tickets (NOT the VOUCHERS)
        so these groupbuytickets are just made specialy to buy in this event

        buyed these cards before without needing to use diamonds for them when using grouptickets

on picture you can see bar is on 20% discount that is 400 you can spend only 250 group tickets when bar go to 50% price will be 250 diamonds and when spedn 250 group tickets will get with 0 diamonds but first bar must to go to 50% discount now he is on 40% you must to spedn 250 tickets and 25 diamonds and have 264 sold so when sold 136 more will go to 50% discount and will can to take with tickets
