Forging ??

        Unclear on a couple things ....
        I have all the materials to make the necklace, level 76 base

        I believe you need a base gear item ..... should you fully synth, upgrade ... on the base item before forging or does it really matter

        do you even need a base gear item ?

u need an lvl60+ orange gear piece to craft a piece of the set and when u craft it upgrades i think go back to 0 and are way cheaper since the item will be lvl 60 also the synth lvl will go back to 0
