Guilds and server placing

        I have tried the Wiki and there is nothing there.
        How do the Guild placement levels work. If you have a guild fighting for a place; who gets it?.
        I am assuming the higher flag gets the spot but what if; they have the same flag level.; does it then go by member levels? to decide who places over the other guild? or is it first in best dressed .

I think it\'s guild level >; guild flag level >; total member BR. Not completely sure.

it mainly goes by guild flag. on my other server ;the 2nd rank guild is level 31 but their flag is level 3. 3rd rank guild level is 31 but flag is level 2 (use to be rank 2nd).
