Current Event Alchemy

        Yesterday I spend 10 diamond in the Alchemy system and I could receive; price.
        After that I bought an item of 50 diamond from the diamond shop. I couldn\'t get the 2nd option for 50 diamond.
        I thought maybe I did something wrong.

        Today I did 10 points again Alchemy got that reward. But then i saw something strange that 10 was also listen in all; of them.
        I bought Rare flaming stone for 50 diamond. There was no option to obtain it.
        After that i went to the alchemy system and used 20 diamond. To see what would happen. I went back to look directly in the event
        i saw written 30 diamond.

        So in other words I wasted diamonds because I didn\'t get the gold reward for it. Where must i go to have refund or adjustment.

        P.S. I read other thread regarding same issue but the modirator explained that it has to be obtain by a single click. This is what i did and still nothing.

        You misread. To get the Alchemy prizes, you must spend diamonds IN ALCHEMY, not just consume diamonds.

        That means that to get the 1.0m gold, you must spend 50 diamonds in Alchemy, not just buy something/anything for 50 diamonds.

        Whenever the events say “SPEND xxxx diamonds…”, it means you have to buy that item by spending diamonds on it. What you are thinking of is events that say “CONSUME xxxx diamonds…” which means that you spend diamonds on ANYTHING and then can collect.

        In the case of Alchemy, you have to spend 10 diamonds in Alchemy, then 20 diamonds in Alchemy, then 30 diamonds in Alchemy, then 50 diamonds in Alchemy. And THEN, you can collect the 1.0m gold.

        Unfortunately, I highly doubt that you will get any sort of refund. It was not a bug in the game, just a misunderstanding on your part. At most, you could try to convince them to make it more clear so that people don’t get confused, but they obviously don’t care about that (in fact, misunderstandings benefit them, so they may even make them happen on purpose). So basically, don’t expect anything.
