Losing Character 2 times already

        hello master ,
        im still new here and losing 2 character twice and make me leveling agains from level 1 where ever im start new server AND make me losing day event too
        if 1 times i still can keep it silent but its already 2 times ... well aldy make me waste leveling agains ... i just hope can joined the event and not hope losing time and character who im running for high chage winning event as freeplayer now all going to broken
        what must i do ??
