Diamonds gone and no items for them

        Yesterday (02-25-2015) I bought Basic Energy Cards for 250 diamonds worth, but I didn\'t get the Energy Cards. Refreshed and still nothing. Same thing is happening in Cross Server Shop and Arena Shop. Bought Divine Chests and Cherubine Stones;there and my Dragon Crests, Warrior\'s Marks and Royal\'s Marks;are reduced but the items I bought aren\'t in my inventory.

        I don\'t want the Items I bought ;because I don\'t need them anymore but I would appriciate it if the diamonds, crest s and Marks are somehow replaced.
