Valentines wheel abuse

        Why has the issue of the valentine wheel not been fixed yet?
        Do you guys like to ignore your players?
        Ive sent in several tickets and screenshots of abuse of the wheel on server 796 but you have yet to do anything about it.
        the character ign: ___ has 9 lvl 9 gems on a server that is only 6 days old, plus he has given away 6 more codes to his gild members.
        This is blatant abuse of the wheel and is unfair to the other players in the server he has caused many to leave and now the server is beginning to dwindle.
        Please take care of this issue immediately, id hate to see the money i spent on the server go to watse because you guys ignore your players as the server is dying.
