Show item in Chat Bug

        Hi DEV\'s me again, I am so annoyed by all these bugs and issues in the game pls fix. so here is another bug I am dealing with.

        Players showing item in Alliance Chat, I am unable to view/see the item.; I put my curser over the shown item link in chat, click and nothing happens period. please fix this on my acct thks.

        things I have done, tried, paid to have done.
        Paid computer tech to fix computer (OS, Browser)
        Paid computer tech to install more than 1 Browser, (Chrome, IE, Fire Fox)
        Paid computer Tech to fix all flash and java
        Paid computer Tech to fix video adaptor
        Paid computer tech to install on different computers (widows 7 - 8, linux)
        Paid computer tech to remove all virus and malware
        Paid computer tech to update all systems to date

        I tried every thing to get my acct and game working. Please now it ur turn to do ur part and fix my accts. all of them, cause ALL of them are affected and it not on my end. thanks very much, I would appreciate it.

To be more clear, today another player was showing their ornamaent vestments in alliance chat, and no matter what browser (Chrome, IE, FireFox) I used I could not for the life of me see those items, yet others could see them. I even tried different OS, windows and linux, still could not see the shown items.

        would u mind closing all game windows and then clicking delete all websites on the link i supplied above?
        after which try it again, ask another player to link something then try clicking it.
