        Hello devs and moderators,

        Please help me understand why my VIP;8 status gone I need to renew when u all have my card info and its on auto renewal ?I need somebody respond to this post and explain the situation, and fix it ASAP.

Dear Player, did you recieve mail of auto renewal about payment to League of Angels for Renew of VIP to your e-mail box? If you didn´t  that means you didn´t  pay for VIP yet so it wasn´t  renewed, but if the money were taken and you got the Transaction ID of auto-renewal please respond back to us with screen shots of it along with your Transaction ID so we can locate your payment.
