Hello. Regarding the refunder investigation on server Hkt-468 I have sent multiple tickets ingame but to no avail. I would like to know if it has been finished processing the investigation or just being ignored because most of the players are already quitting as this guy is spreading his methods to gain diamonds with his guild and they are getting crazy amount of diamonds without breaking a sweat. Many players have sent tickets on how they are getting full recharge rewards everytime it resets. Please give me a proper answer on if the investigation has been done already as this is really frustrating to see. And before you say anything, yes I have checked the blacklist and yes I have sent ingame tickets. Please show us that you care at least
