Payment system updated and not working

I want my diamonds I paid for please , very quickly as I was going recharge again after next reset.
Will not recharge again until this is fixed.
Payment failed to go though to my IGN : TheDarkLord : server damaris 708 PST.
Please admin ;check from posted images.

Today I made a Payment by buying 1000 ;diamonds and this time it worked using ,
different payment service but despite refreshing game a few times ,
I cant claim from Precious that came up in hot events after refresh.
Seriously you want our money and this still have bugs , seriously this is not good.
And the 1000 diamonds is in my account from the deposit shown below.

Update, After close to an hour ;finally I got to claim in Precious.
Still want to know where my Diamonds are from the deposit , previous to the last.
